Scope of this policy
This policy applies to purchases of CVStride paid plans. Free access does not involve a charge and is therefore not eligible for a refund.
14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial paid purchase. If the request is eligible, we will return the purchase price to the original payment method.
Where mandatory consumer law gives you stronger or longer rights, those rights apply. If you expressly request immediate access to digital services, local law may affect a statutory withdrawal right after performance begins; this policy does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
Renewals and cancellation
If your checkout states that the plan renews automatically, cancel before the renewal date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation affects future billing and normally leaves paid access available until the end of the current term. An accidental renewal may be refunded when requested within 7 calendar days of the renewal charge and no substantial Pro usage occurred after renewal.
Requests that may not be eligible
- Requests submitted after the applicable window, except where law requires otherwise.
- Accounts suspended for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or a serious violation of the Terms of Service.
- Repeated purchases and refund requests that indicate misuse of the policy.
- Partial refunds for unused time after a cancellation, unless required by law.
How to request a refund
Email billing@cvstride.com from the address linked to your CVStride account. Include the transaction or invoice number and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card details. We may request reasonable information to verify the purchase.
Processing and payment provider
Creem acts as merchant of record for CVStride paid transactions and handles payment, tax, invoice, refund, and chargeback administration. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and card networks control posting time, which is commonly 5–10 business days after processing.
Service failures and exceptions
If a verified technical failure prevents meaningful access to a paid feature and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, contact us even if the standard window has passed. We will assess an extension, account credit, or refund as appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory remedies for a digital service that does not conform to applicable law.
